Leadership Team:

Vincent Schiavone, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, is an expert in social business intelligence, privacy, and information security. Prior to ListenLogic, Vince was the Co-Founder and Chairman of Turntide Inc., an anti- spam technology company acquired by Symantec Corp. and Co-Founder of Mediagistics, a search analytics and arbitrage company. Prior to that, he was the Co-Founder and Principal of InfoSec Labs, an information security company, which was acquired by SafeNet. Prior to that, Vince developed ISRecon, an information security intelligence technology for ICSA.

Mark Langsfeld, Co-Founder, Chief Strategy Officer, is an expert in social media and business intelligence. He advises large enterprises on risk management, customer engagement and innovation. Prior to co-founding ListenLogic, Mark was Co-Founder of Mediagistics, a search analytics and arbitrage company. Previously he was Vice President of New Products at Move, Inc. and an Analyst at BT Alex Brown in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Mark graduated from the University of Rochester and completed his studies at the Wharton School.

Luis Stevens, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, is an expert in supercomputing, data modeling, and semantic analysis. Prior to ListenLogic, Luis was the Founder and CTO of Knogee, a semantic search engine company. Prior to that, he was Chief Architect at Cast Iron Systems, an application integration appliance company acquired by IBM. He was also Chief Software Architect at NetBoost, a multi-engine network processing company acquired by Intel. Luis was previously the Lead Architect at SGI where he led the development of the ORIGIN NUMA Multiprocessor System which is still in use by the NSA. Luis graduated from Stanford University.

John Tracey, Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer, provides both operational and programmatic support to ListenLogic, with responsibility for Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Operations. He is an expert on information quality, process efficiency, operational metrics and business leadership. Prior to ListenLogic, John spent eight years as Director, North American Sales for VWR International, where he engaged with senior leadership to bring value-added solutions to customers in bio-pharma, industrial manufacturing, education, technology and healthcare. Prior to VWR, John worked in all aspects of operations finance while at Armstrong World Industries, General Electric and AlliedSignal. John earned an MBA from Drexel University and a BS in Economics / Financial Management from the Catholic University of America.

Mark Harrington

Mark Harrington, Chief Marketing Officer, is an expert in strategic marketing and communications with unique experience spanning publishing to payments and education to ecommerce. He’s excelled in Inc 500s to Fortune 500s, advised companies like BMW, Disney, Google, P&G, Target and Verizon and has been instrumental in landmark exits worth over a half billion dollars. Previously he served the management teams for Ecount (SVP of Marketing) and Half.com (Co-Founder, Marketing Head) and played instrumental roles in each organization’s acquisition by Citi and eBay, respectively. He’s also served strategic marketing roles for Infonautics and Pearson. He holds a BS, honors with distinction, in Marketing from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University where he was a Dorothy M. Kelly Scholar.

Kevin Glacken

Kevin Glacken, Executive Vice President, Sales, is a results-orientated sales professional with deep experience in the information and technology industries. He excels in sales execution and building high-performance teams that deliver a world-class customer experience. Prior to joining ListenLogic, Kevin founded a consulting practice where he helped numerous companies improve sales execution resulting in dramatic revenue growth. Kevin has held various Executive Sales Leadership positions at companies that include onTargetjobs, BioSpace and Infotrieve. He holds a BA from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Md.

Robert Gardner, Director of Business Development, is responsible for pharmaceutical client relationships and sales. Robert brings extensive pharmaceutical and healthcare experience developing client relationships, offering innovative and ROI focused solutions and ensuring exceeding clients’ expectations. Prior to ListenLogic, Robert was a Business Development Executive for NobleRx Marketing and Springer Science and Business where he offering innovative pharmaceutical solutions. Robert earned his BS in Finance from Rutgers University and is current completing his MBA.

Erika von Hoyer, Vice President, Consumer Insights, has a track record for helping companies gather market intelligence. Managing domestic and international teams, she has lead research, marketing, operations, services and support while at SkillSurvey, Bentley Systems and Analytical Graphics. Erika has been recognized as a thought leader for innovation and has published several articles on retention and strategy. Prior to joining ListenLogic, Erika founded 360 Reputation™, an online reputation management firm. She earned an Executive MBA degree from Villanova University and now serves on the board of the Alumni Association.

 

Advisory Team:

Dr. Steven Andriole, Board Member, is a business technology veteran with experience from government, industry, academia and venture capital. He is the Thomas G. Labrecque Professor of Business at Villanova University School of Business. He is a Fellow at the Cutter Consortium, formally Chief Technology Officer at CIGNA Corporation and Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. as well as the Director of the Cybernetics Technology Office of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Steve was responsible for the seed funding for the MIT Media Lab. During his time at DARPA he led the research to develop the Open Source Integrated Crisis Warning System to predict geo-political crisis.
Paul Melchiorre, Board Member, is currently President of iPipeline. Previously he was Vice President of Global Channels and Alliances for Ariba, where he was one of the founding members. Prior to Ariba, Paul was Senior Vice President for Global Accounts at SAP America, Inc., where he helped grow revenues six-fold and oversaw several strategic business units.
Brad Aronson, Board Member, is a recognized expert in interactive advertising. Brad co-authored Advertising on the Internet (John Wiley and Sons, second edition), which has been printed in six languages. Brad also authored Banners and Beyond: Strategies for Branding, Driving Traffic and Sales (Jupiter Research). Brad was previously Executive Vice President, Product Development at aQuantive / Microsoft. Prior to Microsoft, Brad founded interactive agency, i-FRONTIER, and sold to Avenue A.
